Where can I manage DNS and nameservers?
After purchase, manage DNS and nameservers from your Domaintico dashboard. If you changed nameservers to another provider, manage DNS there.
Do you show renewal pricing before checkout?
Yes — registration and renewal pricing can be shown together so you can buy with confidence.
Why is my domain not active yet?
Some registrations are active quickly, but DNS and registry propagation can take time. Double-check nameservers and DNS records.
I can’t transfer my domain — why?
Common reasons: domain still locked, wrong auth (EPP) code, or 60-day restriction after registration/previous transfer.
How do I open a support ticket?
Go to My Tickets, create a ticket, and include your domain name and details (screenshots are helpful).
