By accessing or using Domaintico (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Domaintico provides domain-related services including domain registration, transfer, renewal, DNS management, and optional add-ons such as SSL certificates, email services, privacy protection, and hosting.
Availability of certain features depends on the domain extension (TLD), registry rules, and third-party providers.
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and contact information.
- You must safeguard your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
4. Domain Registration & Renewal
Domain registrations are subject to registry policies and ICANN rules.
- Registration and renewal fees are displayed before checkout.
- Failure to renew a domain before expiration may result in suspension or loss.
- Some domains are subject to redemption or restoration fees after expiration.
5. Domain Transfers
Transfers are subject to registry restrictions, including but not limited to 60-day transfer locks following registration or previous transfer.
You are responsible for unlocking your domain and providing a valid authorization (EPP) code.
6. Payments & Billing
- All fees must be paid in full before services are provisioned.
- Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
- Refunds for domain registrations may not be available once submitted to the registry.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful activities, including but not limited to:
- Fraud, phishing, or impersonation
- Distribution of malware
- Intellectual property infringement
- Spam or abusive practices
8. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated, if required by registry or legal authority, or for abuse-related activity.
9. Third-Party Services
Certain services rely on third-party providers (e.g., registries, payment processors). We are not responsible for outages or policies of such providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domaintico shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use, domain loss, or downtime.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which Domaintico operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
