Use this page to report phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, or other abuse related to domains managed through Domaintico.
1. What Can Be Reported
We accept abuse reports related to domains or services managed through Domaintico, including:
- Phishing or credential harvesting
- Malware distribution
- Spam operations
- Fraud or impersonation
- Intellectual property violations
- Other illegal or abusive activity

3. Information to Include
To help us investigate quickly, please include as much of the following as possible:
- The full domain name in question
- Detailed description of the issue
- URLs involved
- Date and time of the incident
- Screenshots (if applicable)
- If email-related: full email headers (not just screenshots)
4. Investigation Process
Once a report is received:
- We review the report for completeness and validity.
- We may contact the domain holder for clarification.
- We may suspend or restrict services if Terms or laws are violated.
- We cooperate with registries and authorities when required.
5. Response Time
We aim to review abuse reports as quickly as possible. Complex cases may require additional time, especially if registry or legal coordination is involved.
6. Limitations
Domaintico acts as a domain service provider. In some cases, hosting or content services may be managed by third parties. If abuse originates from external hosting providers, you may also need to contact the relevant hosting provider.
7. False or Malicious Reports
Submitting knowingly false abuse claims may result in restriction of access to our services.
